Applicability And Priority

These Contest Rules form part of the Terms and apply to every GoBLAM Contest. By registering for or participating in a Contest, you agree to comply with these Contest Rules, the Contest page, the Terms, and all applicable fair-play, payment, payout, refund, and compliance requirements.

If a Contest page states additional or different rules for that Contest, those Contest-specific rules apply to that Contest to the extent of any inconsistency.

Contest Information

Each Contest page states the material information for that Contest before entry, which may include the title, game, region, scheduled start time, registration window, minimum registrations required for launch, maximum registrations or places, ticket costs, prize pool, prize distribution, and key format settings.

GoBLAM may use the word "Contest" to describe any skill-based competition, event, match series, ladder, bracket, or similar GoBLAM competition made available through the platform.

Eligibility Checks

Eligibility may require, without limitation, age verification, physical-location checks, country-of-residence checks, identity verification, anti-money-laundering screening, sanctions screening, Steam account checks, payment checks, payout checks, fraud checks, and manual review.

GoBLAM may refuse, suspend, or remove a registration before, during, or after a Contest if GoBLAM determines that the Customer is ineligible, restricted, under review, or unable to satisfy applicable verification or compliance requirements.

Registration And Entry

A registration is valid only after GoBLAM confirms that the Customer has completed all required account, Steam, eligibility, country, verification, and Ticket or payment steps. Holding Tickets or starting a registration flow does not guarantee entry.

  • Registration may close at the configured start time, when the maximum registration count is reached, when the Contest state changes, or when GoBLAM applies an operator cutoff.
  • A Contest may be cancelled, postponed, or fail to launch if it does not reach the minimum number of registrations required for launch.
  • GoBLAM may reject or remove registrations for ineligible accounts, duplicate accounts, payment failure, support action, integrity concerns, legal restrictions, or suspected abuse.
  • Refunds or reversals for cancelled, postponed, failed, or invalid Contests are governed by these Contest Rules, the Contest and Ticket Refund Policy, the Payment and Payout Terms, the Contest page, and applicable law.

Format And Match Flow

The Contest format governs how Customers start, how rounds progress, how eliminations occur, whether breaks or revives apply, how finalization occurs, and how standings are determined. Formats may include starting Contest balances, round commitments, eliminations, revives, live leaderboard updates, final standings, and other stated mechanics.

The posted format defines when a Customer is active, eliminated, revived, finalized, disqualified, or awarded. If bots, substitutions, rematches, pauses, restarts, or abandoned matches are supported for a Contest, the Contest page or operator notice governs how those situations are handled.

Joining And Connectivity

You are responsible for joining the correct game server, Steam account, and live match in time and for maintaining your own device, software, network, and Steam access. GoBLAM may provide server information, launch links, and live companion tools, but those tools do not transfer responsibility for your local setup to GoBLAM.

If you disconnect, fail to join, join late, leave early, or cannot connect, the Contest may continue without you unless the Contest-specific rules or an operator decision provides a remedy. Platform faults, game-server faults, third-party faults, network faults, Customer faults, and force majeure events may receive different remedies.

Ratings And Level Adjustment

GoBLAM may use ratings, historical performance, team balancing, level adjustment, or similar mechanics to preserve competitive integrity. GoBLAM may describe those mechanics at a level that is reasonably understandable without disclosing implementation details that could be exploited.

GoBLAM may update, correct, suspend, or recalculate ratings, standings, and Prize Award outcomes if verified data is missing, corrupted, duplicated, fraudulent, materially wrong, or affected by integrity concerns.

Live Actions

A Contest may offer paid or free live actions where configured and available. The live action interface states the action, price or Ticket cost, currency or Ticket type, timing window, effect, and limits before use.

A live action applies only to the specific live match and Customer for which it was prepared. A live action may fail, expire, be reversed, or be rejected if the Customer is ineligible, the Contest state changes, the match changes, the timing window closes, payment fails, or technical delivery fails.

Live action fees may or may not contribute to the prize pool depending on the configuration disclosed for the Contest or action.

Scoring And Final Results

Results are determined from verified CS2 runtime data, platform Contest state, leaderboard data, eliminations, ratings, configured prize rules, automated systems, and manual review where appropriate. Provisional leaderboards, live companion displays, and interim standings are not final Prize Award determinations.

GoBLAM may correct missing events, duplicated events, obvious errors, server faults, data corruption, payment reversals, eligibility issues, or integrity issues before finalization. Final results may be reopened where fraud, cheating, legal compulsion, serious technical error, or material eligibility failure is later discovered.

Prize Pools And Awards

Prize pool information distinguishes, where applicable, minimum guaranteed amounts, collected amounts, and amounts contributed by configured fee types. Prize distribution states which final ranks, placements, or outcomes receive Prize Awards.

Prize Awards are credited only after Contest finalization and required compliance checks. Prize Awards may be withheld, reversed, reallocated, or re-reviewed if a Customer is disqualified, later found ineligible, connected to fraud, connected to payment reversal, or affected by a serious technical or data error.

Technical Failures And Remedies

GoBLAM may pause, restart, cancel, postpone, settle, replay, re-score, reallocate, or otherwise remedy a Contest after technical failures, integrity issues, safety concerns, provider failures, legal concerns, or force majeure events.

Where a posted remedy model applies, GoBLAM will apply that remedy model to the extent reasonably practicable. Where no posted remedy model applies, GoBLAM may choose a reasonable remedy intended to protect fair competition, customer expectations, and platform integrity.

Operator Authority

GoBLAM may make integrity, eligibility, scoring, payout, operational, and technical decisions necessary to administer a Contest. Operator decisions are documented internally and may be reviewed through support where appropriate.

GoBLAM may take immediate action to stop harmful, unlawful, exploitative, or unfair conduct. GoBLAM maintains internal audit logs for Contest changes, result changes, and prize-affecting decisions where reasonably available.
