These Terms and Conditions are entered into between you and Pwnage Esports B.V., trading as GoBLAM. In these Terms, "GoBLAM", "we", "us", and "our" mean Pwnage Esports B.V. and any GoBLAM service operated by or on behalf of that entity. "Customer", "you", and "your" mean the natural person who accesses or uses GoBLAM.

Pwnage Esports B.V. is registered with the Dutch Chamber of Commerce under number 42019847, VAT ID NL869321791B01, at Churchill-Laan 260H, 1078 EZ Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Customer and legal enquiries may be sent to support@goblam.gg.

By creating an account, signing in, purchasing a Ticket Bundle, registering for a Contest, using a paid or free live action, requesting a Prize Payout, contacting support, or otherwise accessing GoBLAM, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be legally bound by these Terms.

If you do not agree to these Terms, you must not create an account, use restricted features, purchase Ticket Bundles, register for Contests, or request Prize Payouts.

• "Contest" means a skill-based Counter-Strike 2 esports competition made available through GoBLAM, including its posted format, entry requirements, scoring rules, prize rules, and operational settings.
• "Ticket" means a platform credit, entitlement, or similar non-cash unit issued by GoBLAM for use with eligible GoBLAM features. Silver Tickets and Golden Tickets may have different uses, restrictions, or eligibility rules.
• "Ticket Bundle" means a purchase or promotional package that grants Tickets or other stated entitlements.
• "Prize Award" means an award credited after a Contest has been finalized under the applicable Contest Rules.
• "Prize Payout" means a request to transfer eligible prize value to an approved payout destination, subject to verification, compliance, provider, and account checks.
• "Restricted Feature" means any account, Contest, purchase, live action, prize, or payout feature that requires eligibility, age, location, identity, payment, sanctions, risk, or other compliance checks.

These Terms apply together with the Contest Rules, Fair Play and Enforcement Rules, Payment and Payout Terms, Contest and Ticket Refund Policy, Privacy Notice, Cookie Notice, promotion terms, and any rules or notices shown for a particular Contest or feature. Those documents are incorporated into these Terms by reference.

If there is an inconsistency between these Terms and feature-specific rules, the feature-specific rules govern the relevant feature to the extent of the inconsistency, unless mandatory law requires a different result.

English is the binding language of these Terms and of all other GoBLAM legal documents, including Contest Rules, Fair Play and Enforcement Rules, Payment and Payout Terms, the Contest and Ticket Refund Policy, the Privacy Notice, and the Cookie Notice.

Translations into German or any other language are provided for convenience only. If a translation conflicts with the English version, the English version prevails, unless mandatory law requires a different result.

Where a legal document is not yet available in your selected language, GoBLAM displays the English version.

GoBLAM is a skill-based esports contest platform for Counter-Strike 2. Contest outcomes are determined by gameplay performance, posted Contest Rules, verified game and platform data, scoring configuration, and finalization procedures.

You represent and warrant that you satisfy all eligibility requirements applicable to your account, country, physical location, age, identity, Steam account, payment method, payout destination, and each Restricted Feature that you use.

• GoBLAM Contests are currently intended only for residents of countries that GoBLAM publishes as supported.
• You must be at least 18 years old to enter Contests or use paid Contest features in supported countries, unless GoBLAM publishes a stricter requirement.
• You must be physically located in a permitted jurisdiction when using location-restricted features.
• Employees, contractors, operators, service providers, related parties, and persons with unfair access to Contest operations may be excluded from Contests where participation would create unfairness, conflict, or legal risk.

GoBLAM may require age verification, identity verification, country checks, sanctions screening, payment checks, payout destination checks, anti-money-laundering checks, fraud review, or manual compliance review before or after allowing any Restricted Feature.

GoBLAM's currently supported country catalog is temporarily unavailable on this page. Customer-facing country selectors and support notices reflect the currently published list.

Each Customer may maintain only one personal GoBLAM account unless GoBLAM gives prior written permission. You must provide complete, current, and accurate account, contact, country, age, identity, Steam, payment, and payout information whenever requested.

You are responsible for all activity occurring through your account. You must keep your credentials secure, use only your own Steam identity and permitted devices, and promptly notify GoBLAM support of unauthorized access, incorrect records, or material account errors.

You must not sell, transfer, assign, share, lend, sublicense, or otherwise permit another person to use your GoBLAM account, Steam identity, verification evidence, payment method, or payout destination.

Each Contest page or associated notice states the material Contest information that applies before entry, which may include the title, game, region, start time, registration window, minimum registrations required for launch, maximum registrations or places, ticket costs, prize pool, prize distribution, format, and key operational settings.

Registration is not complete unless and until GoBLAM confirms that the required account, Steam, eligibility, location, verification, payment, and Contest-specific steps have been completed. GoBLAM may reject, cancel, or remove a registration where the account is ineligible, duplicated, restricted, unpaid, under review, connected to integrity concerns, or legally prohibited.

Contest format, scoring, level adjustment, live actions, technical-failure remedies, Prize Awards, and finalization are governed by the Contest Rules and any additional rules displayed for that Contest.

Ticket Bundles are purchases or grants of platform credits or entitlements. Tickets are not customer cash, are not a bank, payment, savings, or stored-value account, and may be used only for eligible GoBLAM features in accordance with the applicable terms.

Prices, taxes, provider fees, included Tickets, payment currency, regional availability, usage limits, and material restrictions are displayed before purchase or use where applicable. GoBLAM may reject, reverse, refund, withhold, or adjust purchases, entries, Tickets, Prize Awards, Prize Payouts, or related transactions for errors, fraud, chargebacks, rule breaches, provider failures, eligibility failure, or legal requirements.

Purchased Tickets, promotional Tickets, free Tickets, Golden Tickets, Silver Tickets, and prize-related credits may have different rights, uses, refund treatment, expiry, transfer restrictions, or payout eligibility. Those differences are governed by the applicable purchase flow, promotion terms, Contest page, account balance display, Payment and Payout Terms, and Contest and Ticket Refund Policy.

Prize pools and Prize Award rules are stated before entry where applicable. Prize Awards are provisional until the relevant Contest has been finalized and all required verification, integrity, payment, and compliance checks have been completed.

Prize Payouts are available only for eligible prize value and supported payout routes. GoBLAM may require verified identity, age, country, payment account ownership, payout destination ownership, sanctions screening, tax information, provider checks, manual review, and any other information reasonably required to process a Prize Payout.

GoBLAM may delay, reject, cancel, reverse, re-review, or withhold a Prize Award or Prize Payout for unresolved disputes, suspected fraud, cheating, eligibility concerns, provider failures, incorrect destination details, chargebacks, sanctions concerns, technical errors, tax obligations, or legal requirements.

You must use GoBLAM lawfully, honestly, and in good faith. You must comply with these Terms, the Contest Rules, the Fair Play and Enforcement Rules, the Payment and Payout Terms, support instructions, reasonable operator decisions, and all applicable laws.

• You must not cheat, exploit bugs, automate play, script, use unauthorized software, use modified clients, collude, manipulate ratings, manipulate results, evade restrictions, harass others, abuse support, or interfere with the service.
• You must not use VPNs, proxies, hosting networks, device masking, false information, duplicate accounts, or similar methods to evade location, eligibility, account, payment, security, or integrity controls.
• You must promptly report material errors, exploits, incorrect prize credits, incorrect Ticket credits, unauthorized access, or suspected security issues.

GoBLAM may change, suspend, restrict, maintain, discontinue, cancel, postpone, relaunch, or adjust any part of the service or any Contest for technical, operational, integrity, safety, legal, provider, commercial, or compliance reasons.

GoBLAM may use third-party services for hosting, databases, observability, payment, payout, identity verification, age verification, analytics, advertising, communications, game infrastructure, support, and related operations. CS2, Steam, 3rd Party Software and libraries, network providers, payment providers, payout providers, and game servers are outside GoBLAM's full control.

GoBLAM and its licensors retain all rights, title, and interest in the service, software, interfaces, branding, designs, data displays, generated content, documentation, and platform materials. Except as expressly permitted by these Terms or mandatory law, you must not copy, reproduce, modify, reverse engineer, scrape, interfere with, or commercially exploit any part of GoBLAM.

You retain rights in lawful content that you submit, but you grant GoBLAM a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, use, reproduce, display, moderate, analyze, support, and promote that content to operate and improve the service. GoBLAM may display usernames, gameplay statistics, ratings, standings, rankings, Contest results, and leaderboard information as part of the Contest experience.

GoBLAM is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Valve, Steam, Counter-Strike, or Counter-Strike 2 unless GoBLAM expressly states otherwise.

GoBLAM may suspend, restrict, close, or refuse service to an account where GoBLAM reasonably believes that the account is ineligible, duplicated, compromised, fraudulent, abusive, connected to rule breaches, connected to chargebacks, connected to identity concerns, or subject to legal or provider restrictions.

Termination or restriction of an account does not affect rights and obligations that by their nature must continue, including payment obligations, fraud review, Prize Award review, intellectual property rights, privacy obligations, dispute provisions, and liability limitations.

GoBLAM provides the service using reasonable skill and care. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, GoBLAM does not warrant that the service, Contests, live data, game servers, third-party services, provider integrations, or support channels will be uninterrupted, error-free, secure, or available at all times.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, and nothing in these Terms removes mandatory consumer rights. Any limitation, exclusion, remedy, or disclaimer applies only to the extent permitted by applicable law.

To the extent permitted by applicable law, you agree to indemnify and hold GoBLAM harmless from claims, losses, liabilities, costs, and expenses arising out of your breach of these Terms, misuse of the service, unlawful conduct, infringement of third-party rights, payment abuse, or provision of false information.

If you have a question, complaint, account issue, Contest issue, payment issue, or Prize Payout issue, you must contact GoBLAM support promptly and provide all reasonably requested information and evidence needed to investigate the matter.

These Terms are governed by Dutch law, without prejudice to mandatory consumer protections that apply in your country of residence. Courts and authorities with mandatory jurisdiction over consumer disputes may retain jurisdiction where applicable law so requires.
