Ticket Bundles are sold by Pwnage Esports B.V., trading as GoBLAM, Dutch Chamber of Commerce number 42019847, VAT ID NL869321791B01, Churchill-Laan 260H, 1078 EZ Amsterdam, the Netherlands. Payment enquiries may be sent to support@goblam.gg.

These Payment and Payout Terms form part of the Terms and govern Ticket Bundle purchases, Ticket usage, Contest entry costs, paid live actions, Prize Awards, refunds, reversals, chargebacks, account transaction records, and Prize Payout requests.

Detailed Contest entry ticket credits, no-show forfeiture, Ticket Bundle cash refunds, and cancelled-Contest ticket restoration are governed by the Contest and Ticket Refund Policy. If a payment, purchase, Contest, promotion, or payout flow states additional terms, those additional terms apply to that specific flow to the extent permitted by applicable law.

A Ticket Bundle is a purchase or grant of platform credits, entitlements, or other stated benefits. Tickets are not customer cash, are not held in a bank or payment account, are not legal tender, and may be used only within GoBLAM for eligible features.

Silver Tickets, Golden Tickets, purchased Tickets, promotional Tickets, free Tickets, prize-related credits, and expired Tickets may have different availability, permitted uses, restrictions, refund treatment, expiry, transferability, and payout eligibility.

Before confirming a Ticket Bundle purchase or paid feature, GoBLAM displays the material purchase information reasonably available for that flow, including price, payment currency, Ticket Bundle contents, taxes, provider fees, awarded Tickets, region limits, usage limits, and other material restrictions where applicable.

GoBLAM does not intentionally hide actual payment amounts behind Ticket balances, bundled pricing, or confusing conversion design. Where the product can reasonably support the exact intended purchase, GoBLAM does not require Customers to buy materially more Tickets than needed for the stated purchase or feature.

VAT, sales tax, platform fees, payment fees, payout fees, and currency conversion information are disclosed where applicable and reasonably available. Country of residence may be used to determine tax, availability, pricing, compliance requirements, and payout eligibility.

You must provide accurate country and tax-related information. GoBLAM may require support approval, verification, or documentation before changing country information. You remain responsible for personal tax obligations unless GoBLAM is legally required to withhold, collect, report, or remit amounts.

Ticket Bundle purchases, Contest entry costs, paid live actions, Prize Awards, and Prize Payouts may be subject to age, identity, country, sanctions, anti-money-laundering, fraud, payment, payout, provider, tax, or manual compliance checks.

GoBLAM may reject, suspend, reverse, or delay a purchase, entry, paid live action, Prize Award, or Prize Payout if the required checks are incomplete, fail, expire, or indicate risk.

Contest entry costs are deducted only when registration is accepted or as otherwise disclosed in the applicable registration flow. Entry-cost refunds or reversals are governed by the Contest and Ticket Refund Policy, the Contest Rules, the Contest page, and applicable law.

Paid live actions are charged only when the action is valid, payment succeeds, and the action is applied or handled under the stated failure rules. A paid live action may fail if the match, Contest state, Customer status, timing window, eligibility result, payment status, or technical delivery changes.

Fee accounting is recorded through account transaction records, Contest records, prize pool records, and provider records where applicable.

Prize credits are credited only after final verified results and required checks. Prize credits may be withheld, reversed, adjusted, or re-reviewed for disqualification, cheating, fraud, incorrect result data, payment reversal, provider requirements, legal requirement, or eligibility failure.

Prize credits may have different payout eligibility than purchased or promotional Tickets. Prize Award records may preserve Contest, placement, prize pool, currency, amount, Customer, and transaction details for audit, tax, dispute, and compliance purposes.

Prize Payouts are available only for eligible prize value and supported payout routes. A Prize Payout request is not approved merely because it has been submitted or displayed as pending.

Prize Payouts may require verified identity, verified age, verified country, sanctions screening, bank or destination ownership checks, confirmation codes, tax information, provider approval, minimum amounts, maximum amounts, supported currencies, supported routes, fees, and manual review.

GoBLAM may delay, reject, cancel, reverse, re-review, or withhold a Prize Payout for provider failure, suspicious activity, unresolved dispute, legal requirement, incorrect destination details, sanctions concern, tax concern, eligibility failure, or fraud concern.

Refund and cancellation rights for Ticket Bundles and Contest entry tickets are set out in the Contest and Ticket Refund Policy. Refund and cancellation rights may also differ for paid live actions, Prize Awards, and Prize Payouts. Nothing in these Payment and Payout Terms limits mandatory refund or cancellation rights that cannot legally be excluded.

GoBLAM may define what happens after Tickets are delivered, spent, awarded, reversed, expired, or connected to a disputed payment. Cash refunds for eligible untouched Ticket Bundles are returned through the original payment method where practical and legally required. Manual goodwill credits are discretionary and do not alter the underlying legal policy.

Chargebacks, unpaid purchases, payment disputes, or provider reversals may result in Ticket adjustment, account restriction, Contest removal, Prize Award withholding, Prize Payout review, or debt recovery to the extent permitted by applicable law.

Payment and payout providers may impose identity, risk, bank, sanctions, country, currency, amount, routing, fee, timing, and documentation requirements. GoBLAM may share transaction, identity, verification, compliance, and payout data with providers to process purchases and Prize Payouts.

Provider outages, delays, reversals, declined payments, failed transfers, compliance decisions, or provider terms may affect Customer transactions. Mock or test providers are not real payment or payout processors and must not be relied upon as evidence of production provider availability.
