General Obligation Of Fair Play
Each Customer is required to compete honestly, preserve the integrity of each Contest, and refrain from any conduct that gives or attempts to give any person an unfair, unauthorized, deceptive, or unlawful advantage.
You must use only your own GoBLAM account, your own Steam identity, your own authorized payment and payout methods, and devices and software permitted by GoBLAM, CS2, Steam, and applicable Contest Rules.
Prohibited Competitive Conduct
- You must not cheat, exploit, script, automate, manipulate, collude, grief, harass, impersonate, disrupt, or otherwise compromise fair competition.
- You must not use unauthorized software, modified game clients, hardware assists, memory readers, screen analysis tools, unauthorized overlays, macros, bots, automation, or similar methods.
- You must not intentionally manipulate ratings, matchmaking, teams, registrations, Contest balances, live actions, standings, results, eliminations, or Prize Award outcomes.
- You must not intentionally underperform, create weak accounts, use another person's account, or coordinate behavior to obtain a level-adjustment or rating advantage.
Account And Identity Integrity
One natural person may control only one GoBLAM account unless GoBLAM gives prior written permission. You must not create or use multiple accounts to evade limits, conceal identity, manipulate ratings, bypass restrictions, obtain additional entries, or re-enter after restriction.
You must keep country, age, identity, contact, Steam, payment, and payout information accurate. You must not use another person's verification evidence, payment method, payout destination, Steam account, contact information, or account credentials without authorization.
Device, Network, And Location Integrity
GoBLAM may collect and review device, browser, network, GeoIP, proxy, hosting, fingerprint, and related risk signals for security, eligibility, fraud prevention, and Contest integrity. Such signals may support, but do not automatically replace, fair investigation where material consequences follow.
You must not use VPNs, proxies, hosting networks, device masking, location spoofing, false technical signals, or similar tools to evade geographic, eligibility, account, security, payment, payout, or integrity controls.
Payment And Prize Integrity
You must not use stolen payment details, unauthorized payment methods, payment reversals, chargebacks, refund abuse, payout fraud, false prize claims, synthetic identities, mule accounts, or payout destinations that you are not authorized to use.
GoBLAM may restrict purchases, Contest entry, live actions, Prize Awards, Prize Payouts, and account access while payment, payout, sanctions, identity, fraud, or eligibility risk remains unresolved.
Incorrect Ticket credits, Prize Awards, or Prize Payouts may be corrected, reversed, withheld, or re-reviewed even if they have appeared in your account or have been displayed to you.
Community And Support Conduct
Customers must not harass, threaten, abuse, discriminate against, dox, spam, impersonate, defame, or otherwise harm Customers, staff, contractors, partners, service providers, or support agents.
- You must not post illegal, infringing, hateful, explicit, malicious, deceptive, or security-threatening content.
- You must not misuse support channels, submit knowingly false reports, impersonate GoBLAM personnel, or attempt to influence support or operator decisions improperly.
- You must not bribe, threaten, pressure, or coordinate with others to alter Contest outcomes, scoring, enforcement, reviews, or payout decisions.
Monitoring, Evidence, And Review
GoBLAM may use automated tools, manual review, logs, screenshots, provider results, gameplay data, payment records, support notes, device and network signals, and third-party reports to investigate suspected breaches.
GoBLAM may preserve relevant evidence during disputes and enforcement reviews. Explanations of final decisions may be limited where disclosure would compromise security methods, anti-abuse controls, provider obligations, privacy rights, or other Customers.
Enforcement Measures
GoBLAM may, in its discretion and subject to applicable law, issue warnings, restrict features, suspend accounts, close accounts, disqualify Customers, void scores, reverse transactions, withhold Prize Awards, block access, remove content, limit communications, require verification, or escalate matters to providers or legal authorities.
When selecting an enforcement measure, GoBLAM may consider severity, intent, history, harm, recurrence, payment risk, legal risk, and impact on other Customers. Serious cheating, fraud, identity abuse, payment abuse, safety issues, or integrity threats may justify immediate action without prior warning.
Appeals
A Customer may contact support to dispute a restriction, disqualification, Prize Award decision, Prize Payout decision, account closure, or other material enforcement action. GoBLAM may require the Customer to provide evidence before reopening or extending a review.
Appeal outcomes may include upholding, reducing, reversing, compensating, replaying, re-scoring, re-reviewing, or further investigating the original decision. Unless GoBLAM states otherwise, enforcement remains in effect during review.
